摘  要:针对数控车床切削件表面波纹问题,对数控车床主轴进行了维修,通过拆卸和更换主轴轴承消除了引起切削件表面波纹的故障源,通过梳理总结该数控机床精密主轴装配过程中的关键控制点,建立了完整的精密主轴装配流程,实现了精密主轴的高精度装配。切削实验结果表明:本文方法重装配后的主轴,不仅消除了切削件表面波纹现象,还提高了主轴的径向、轴向精度,降低了切削件圆度的最大、最小偏差,验证了本文装配方法的有效性。To weaken the surface corrugation of the workpieces cut by the CNC lathe, the spindle of the CNC lathe is repaired. By disassembling and replacing the spindle bearing, the fault source which causes the surface corrugation of the cutting workpieces is eliminated. The key control points in the spindle assembly process are summarized and the complete assembly process for the precision spindle is established. High precision assembly for the precision spindle is achieved. The results of cutting experiments show that after the spindle is assembled by the proposed method, the surface corrugation of the cutting workpieces is eliminated;in addition, the radial and axial accuracy of the operating spindle is improved while the maximum and minimum deviation of the roundness of the cutting workpieces is reduced. The results verify the effectiveness of the assembly method proposed in this paper.
