摘  要:皮带输送机广泛运用于大型养路机械设备中。如何分析计算物料群离开输送带后的运动轨迹是设计及运用皮带输送机面临的重要问题。运用离散元(DEM)法模拟和分析输送带输送物料的过程,得出输送带在平抛和斜抛的状态下,球形物料和类似正方体物料离开输送带后的运动轨迹,计算出水平方向上物料的抛射距离范围,同时验证了传统计算方法的局限性。相对于传统的方法而言,离散元法在研究输送带输送物料的问题上具有更大的优越性。The belt conveyer is widely used in large track maintaining equipment. How to analyze and calculate the motion locus of material group after leaving the conveyer belt is an important issue in design and application of the belt conveyor. The discrete element method (DEM) is used to simulate and analyze the material conveying process of conveyor belt;then the motion locus of spherical materials and cube materials after materials leaving the conveyer belt is obtained, and distance range of materials in the horizontal direction is calculated;meanwhile, the limitations of traditional calculation method is also verified. The DEM has advantage over the traditional calculation method in analysis of materials conveyed by the conveyer belt.
