摘  要:本文研究了氯化钠-硅藻土复合抗凝冰剂的制备方法,得到微纳米尺寸的矿粉置换型抗凝冰填料。采用XRD、SEM、EDS等方法对氯化钠-硅藻土复合抗凝冰剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明氯化盐类与硅藻土实现了微观级别的物理镶嵌和包裹,填料的粒径大约在10至50μm左右。在干燥条件下,填料易于流动且长期保存不团聚。加入复合抗凝冰剂的沥青胶浆样品片具有较好的抗凝冰效果,且抗凝冰能力随着复合抗凝冰剂加入量的增加而增强,最后趋于稳定,当复合抗凝冰剂加入量为50%时抗凝冰温度为-5℃。In this paper,the preparation method of sodium chloride - diatomite composite anti - icing agent was studied,and the micro - nano size mineral powder replacement anti - condensation ice filler were obtained. The structure of sodium chloride - diatomite composite anti - icing agent were characterized by XRD ,SEM and EDS. The results show that the chlorinated salts and diatomaceous earth achieve microscopic physical inlay and encapsulation, and the particle size of the filler is about 10 to 50 jxm. Under dry conditions, the filler is easy to flow and does not agglomerate for long - term storage. The asphalt cement sample piece added with the composite anti - icing agent has better anti - icing effect, and the anti - icing ability increases with the amount of the composite anti - icing agent. Finally, it tends to be stable. The anti - condensation ice temperature was - 5 t when the amount of the composite anti - icing agent was 5 0 %.
