摘　　要：石油化工生产现场各种位置的钢制管法兰密封面长期处于腐蚀介质的侵蚀工况下,会出现不同程度的蚀坑;在装置检修拆卸、回装工作中,如果对法兰密封面保护不及时,也会对其造成损伤。钢制管法兰密封面光刀修复技术可解决上述问题,为石油化工生产装置长周期安全稳定运行提供技术保障。根据多年检修石油化工生产装置的经验,将7种型式的钢制管法兰密封面光刀修复技术方法分为2大类,结合实际操作进行介绍,为法兰密封面的修复提供参考。The sealing surfaces of steel pipe flange at various positions in petrochemical production site are exposed to corrosive medium for a long time, so there will be erosion pits of varying degrees. In the process of equipment maintenance, disassembly and reassembly, the flange sealing surface will be damaged if not protected in time. Light knife repair technology for the sealing surface of steel pipe flange can solve the above problems and provide technical support for long-term safe and stable operation of petrochemical production equipment. Based on the overhaul experience of petrochemical production units over the years, seven types of light knife repair technology for the sealing surface of steel pipe flange are classified into two categories. Combining with practical operation, this paper introduces these techno-logies, which provides reference for the repair of flange sealing surface.
