摘　　要：结合修山电站水轮机转轮室气蚀修复施工工艺,介绍了应用Belzona 1311陶瓷R金属材料及Belzona 1341超滑耐磨高分子涂层对贯流灯泡转桨式发电机组转轮室里衬进行气蚀修复的原理、施工影响因素、施工工艺以及气蚀修复过程中应注意的问题,可供水轮机转轮室气蚀修复参考。The principle, construction influencing factors, construction technology and cavitation of the lining of the runner chamber of the cross-flow bulb-rotating generator set using Belzona 1311 ceramic R metal material and Belzona 1341 ultra-slip wear-resistant polymer coating are introduced. The problems that should be paid attention to during the repair process can be used as reference for cavitation repair of turbine runners.
