摘 要:近年来,国家政府对企业的科技创新鼓励扶持力度持续加大,对企业的科技创新能力建设质量逐步重视,为企业科技创新创造了良好的外部环境,但一些建筑施工企业仍存在创新驱动内生动力不足的问题,迫切需要梳理重建良好的内部环境,加快科技创新能力建设,为企业发展提供源源不断的科技支撑和创新驱动力。In recent years, the government has continued to increase its efforts to encourage and support scientific and technological innovation in enterprises, and has gradually attached great importance to the quality of scientific and technological innovation in enterprises, thus creating a favorable external environment for scientific and technological innovation in enterprises. However, some construction enterprises still have the problem of insufficient internal driving force driven by innovation. There is an urgent need to comb out and rebuild a good internal environment, speed up the construction of scientific and technological innovation capacity, and provide continuous scientific and technological support and innovative driving force for enterprise development.
