摘 要:根据小湾水电站近坝下游河道地形测量成果,分析了二道坝至小湾大桥河段河道冲淤变化规律及原因;对小湾尾水水位、流量和漫湾坝上水位实测数据进行统计,计算了不同漫湾运行水位下,小湾各级流量对应的尾水位随年份的变化量;分析了小湾尾水水位~流量关系变化特征和规律并计算了水位抬高值。研究表明,小湾水电站下游近坝河道以冲刷为主,大桥附近河道因泄洪存在淤积;下游尾水水位~流量关系自2013年开始抬高,抬高约1~2m,流量达到一定程度时甚至超过设计值,同级别流量下,2016年尾水位较2012年平均抬高1.55m。Based on the results of topographic survey of the lower reaches of the Xiaowan Hydropower Station near the dam, the regularity and causes of channel erosion and siltation in the reach of Erdaoba to Xiaowan Bridge are analyzed. Statistical data of tail water level, discharge and water level on Manwan Dam are collected, and the variation of tail water level corresponding to different levels of discharge in Xiaowan with different years is calculated under different operating levels of Manwan Dam. The variation characteristics and rules of the tailrace water level-discharge relationship in Xiaowan hydropower station are analyzed, and the water level elevation values are calculated. The results show that the downstream near dam channel of Xiaowan hydropower station is dominated by scouring, and the river near the bridge is silted due to flood discharge. The relationship between the downstream tailrace water level and discharge has been raised since 2013, about 1-2 meters, even exceeding the design value when the discharge reaches a certain level. Under the same level of discharge, the tailrace water level in 2016 has increased by 1.55 meters on average compared with that in 2012.
