漏感变压器稳压特性的有限元仿真分析

摘  要:针对漏感变压器特殊的铁芯磁路结构与外部工作电路,运用有限元仿真分析方法精确构建物理模型,求解漏感变压器三维空间磁场分布,分析漏感变压器输入输出特性与铁芯磁化过程。该研究为漏感变压器的设计、测试以及优化提供一种实用化分析方法,有效解决非线性复杂电磁场计算难题,准确刻画磁感线矢量分布,能够显著降低研发与生产成本。According to the specific magnetic loops in the core of magnetic leakage transformer and its external operating circuit,the accurate model was built using finite element simulation analysis,and the three dimensional magnetic field distribution of the model was calculated.The input-output characteristics and magnetization process of the magnetic leakage transformer were analyzed.The research has proposed a kind of practical analytical method for the design,test and optimization of magnetic leakage transformer,which can simplify the calculation of nonlinear electromagnetic field and describe the magnetic field distribution specifically,and the research and development cost can be significantly reduced.
