高职高专智慧党建综合信息管理系统的构建与设计

摘　　要：以"互联网+"党建思维,根据基层党建工作的基本流程,构建了高职高专的智慧党建综合信息管理系统,同时结合高职高专的实际党建工作运用互联网技术和信息化手段进行设计,构建的主要功能有党建信息门户、党建工作管理、党员自主学习平台、移动微党校、党建大数据等功能。Based on the concept of the “internet plus” Party construction and the basic procedure of the work of basic-level Party construction,this paper introduces the establishment of the integrated information management system for smart Party construction in vocational colleges.Besides,it introduces its design based on the actual work of Party construction in vocational colleges with the help of internet technologies and information-based means.The functions of the system include the information portal of Party construction,the management of the work of Party construction,the autonomous learning platform for Party members,the mobile micro-Party school and the big data for Party construction.
