摘　　要：概述国外电力改革呈现的特征成果与经验,分析我国新电改的发展走向及其给电力行业带来的影响,以此为基础重构了电网企业的价值链,并分析利润创造的原因与逻辑过程,并针对性地给出了一些管理创新方面的建议。This paper summarizes the features,achievements and experience of reforms of power systems aboard as well as analyzing the trend of the new reform of the power system in China and its influence on power industry,based on which,it introduces the reconstruction of the value chain for power grid enterprises,analyzes the reason and logical process of profit creation,and gives some pertinent suggestions on management innovation.
