摘　　要：通过对锅炉前屏过热器爆管管段进行宏观检测和金相、力学性能分析,结合锅炉的实际运行参数,找出造成前屏过热器爆管的原因,制订切实可行的措施,从而减少锅炉受热面管的爆管次数,提高机组运行的安全性与经济性。Based on the macro-detection,metallographic analysis and mechanical property analysis of the tube burst section of the front screen superheater of the boiler,in combination with the operating parameters of the boiler,this paper analyzes the causes of the tube burst and introduces feasible measures to reduce the occurrences of the tube burst of the heating surface tube as well as enhancing the security and economy of the operation of the unit.
