摘 要:近年来,世界范围内不断爆发新的传染病疫情,地域政治经济差异、气候变化、战争、恐怖主义日渐成为影响传染病扩散传播的重要因素。地理信息系统(Geographic Information Systems,以下简称GIS)具有强大的统计分析、地图分析和数学模型分析功能,可以综合分析地理、人文、气候等多方面因素对传染病流行的影响,为口岸疫情风险评估提供科学依据。本文结合海关卫生检疫业务,综合探讨GIS在口岸传染病风险预警、媒介生物监测、突发公共卫生事件处置等方面的应用前景。In recent years,emerging infectious diseases are breaking out all over the world,geographical,political and economic differences,climate change,war and terrorism have increasingly become important factors affecting the spread of infectious diseases. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has powerful functions ofstatistical analysis,mapanalysis and mathematical model analysis which can comprehensivelyanalyze theimpact of geography,humanity,climate and other factors on the epidemic of infectious diseases,and provide scientific basis for the risk assessment of epidemic diseases at ports.In this paper,focus on the customs health and quarantine operations,comprehensive discussion of GIS in port infectious disease risk early warning,vector biological monitoring,public health emergencies disposal and other aspects of the application prospects.
