头孢地嗪联合法罗培南钠对男性淋病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究头孢地嗪联合法罗培南钠对男性淋病患者的疗效。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月我院皮肤病与性病科的149例男性淋病患者,随机分为2组。对照组单纯口服法罗培南钠片,观察组联合静脉滴注头孢地嗪。比较2组的血清白细胞介素(IL)-10、肿瘤生长因子(TGF)-α和超敏C反应蛋白水平(hs-CRP)、不良反应和复发情况。结果观察组男性淋病患者的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后的血清IL-10、TGF-α和hsCRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更为明显(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、皮疹瘙痒以及腹痛腹泻等不良反应发生率有效率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢地嗪联合法罗培南钠对男性淋病患者的治疗效果明显优于单纯口服法罗培南钠片,患者的不良反应较少,且治疗后的复发率较低,具有较高的安全性。Objective In order to investigate the clinical effects of cefodizime combined with faropenem sodium in male gonorrhea patients. Methods Totally 149 cases of male patients with gonorrhea who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with Faropenem Sodium Tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with cefodizime intravenously. The levels of serum interleukin (IL)-10, tumor growth factor (TGF)-alpha and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum interleukin-10 (IL-10),tumor growth factor-alpha (TGF-α)and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP)in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05),and the observation group was more significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,rash,itching,abdominal pain,diarrhea in the observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of cefdizine combined with faropenem sodium in the treatment of male gonorrhea is better than oral Faropenem Sodium Tablets alone. The adverse reaction is less,and the recurrence rate is low,and it has high safety.
