摘  要:大型工程项目涉及的环节复杂、工序繁多,需要对工程进度进行有效控制。本研究利用3D GIS具有直观性和交互性等特点,通过与施工进度汇报数据的关联,利用动态仿真技术,实时生成最新的工程项目三维场景,为项目管理者了解项目施工进度、调整施工计划等提供了很好工具和手段。根据实际工程项目的工序划分,以及工程进度的动态性和进度维护的实时性,将工程项目细分至分项工程下的各种建筑构件,并建立构件库来存储构件的三维模型,提出了基于构件库的工程项目进度三维仿真方法。最后,以钦州港码头工程进度三维仿真应用为主要案例,介绍了该方法在实际工程项目中的应用。Large-scale projects involved in the complex link,a large number of processes,the need for effective control of the progress of the project. Based on the characteristics of 3DGIS such as intuition and interactivity,this study uses dynamic simulation technology to generate the latest three-dimensional scene of the project in real time through the correlation with the construction progress report data,to understand the project construction progress and adjust the construction plan for the project manager Provides a good tool and means. According to the division of the process of the actual project,as well as the dynamic progress of the project and the progress maintenance,the project is subdivided into various building components under the sub-project and a component library is built to store the three-dimensional model of the component. Component library based three-dimensional simulation method for project progress. Finally,taking the three-dimensional simulation of the progress of Qinzhou Port as the main case,the application of the method in the actual project is introduced.
