摘　　要：为适应土地管理的信息化需求,提高国土资源管理效率,本文通过整合基础测绘和国土资源各项数据,建设了地籍信息数据库。密切结合国土分局的需求,在对系统现状、应用环境、体系结构需求、功能需求等充分研究的基础上,运用各种先进的技术手段,设计并开发国土资源综合业务系统。系统实现了对多源数据的一体化管理、高效快捷的数据查询和输出及权限管理科学化,为国土资源管理信息化、规范化、科学化奠定了基础。In order to adapt to the information needs of land management,improve the efficiency of land and resources management,this paper constructs the “land and resources database” by integrating the basic surveying and mapping and the land resources data,designs and implements the land and resources integrated service system closely integrate with the needs of the National Bureau of land,through applying various advanced techniques and means. The system realized the integration of multi-source data management,efficient data query and output and the authority of scientific management,laid the foundation for land resources management information,standardization and science.
