陕西省县域经济发展水平空间差异及影响因素研究

摘　　要：区域经济发展水平具有尺度特征,从县域尺度分析陕西省经济发展水平有助于得出更精细的结果,并为地方政府部门规划与合理制定政策提供理论支持。本文采用2009—2015年陕西省经济发展各项数据,结合高程、坡度、道路、铁路等数据信息,利用GIS空间分析和空间计量经济学的方法,研究了陕西经济发展水平空间差异、时空格局演化,以及影响因素。研究表明:1)陕西省县域经济发展水平空间差异明显,空间集聚特征显著,陕北和关中地区,尤其是神木县与西安市辖区,一直处在陕西省县域经济发展水平前列,而陕南地区经济发展水平则相对较低; 2)影响陕西经济发展水平的主要因素为地方财政收入、法人单位从业占比、人口城市化率; 3)各影响因素间存在交互效应,它们的交互项对经济发展水平的影响体现为因素间互相增强或非线性加强。The level of regional economic development has the characteristics of scale,from the county scale analysis of Shaanxi Province,the level of economic development will help to get more refined results,and local government planning and rational development of policies to provide theoretical support. Based on the data of Shaanxi province's economic development from 2009 to 2015,this paper studies the spatial differences of Shaanxi's economic development level and the evolution of spatial and temporal patterns by using GIS spatial analysis and spatial econometrics in combination with data such as elevation,slope,road and railway As well as influencing factors. The results show that:①There are obvious spatial differences in the level of county economic development in Shaanxi Province,and the spatial agglomeration characteristics are significant. In the northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong areas,especially in Shenmu County and Xi'an area,the forefront of county economic development in Shaanxi Province has been maintained,and the economic development in southern Shaanxi the level is relatively low.②The main factors influencing the level of Shaanxi's economic development are local fiscal revenue,the proportion of corporate units,and the urbanization rate of population.③There are interaction effects among the influencing factors,and their influence on the level of economic development is reflected in the enhancement or non-linear enhancement of factors.
