摘　　要：针对宅基地管理的具体需求,在.NET框架的Visual Studio集成开发环境中,以Visual C#为开发语言,利用ArcGIS Engine组件开发了与用户交互的宅基地管理系统。该系统以大型关系数据库Oracle为核心,采用空间数据库引擎ArcSDE实现空间数据在关系数据库中的存储和管理,实现了地图浏览、宗地信息查询、规划分析等功能。系统的建立有利于促进宅基地管理工作的科学化和规范化,并且实现了城乡规划许可证审批功能,大大地提高了工作效率和管理水平,对基层国土部门的国土资源信息化建设具有实际意义。A homesteads management system for specific requirements is developed based on ArcGIS Engine under Visual Studio .Net Integrated Development Environment,using Visual C# as the programming language. This system employs ArcSDE to achieve the storage and management of spatial data in relational database Oracle and realizes map view,land information inquiry and planning analysis. The establishment of this system will make the management of homesteads more scientific and more normalized so as to promote the efficiency and level of homesteads management,and it is of practical significance to land and resource information construction for land department.
