摘　　要：法治、德治、自治相结合的乡村治理理念是法治与德治思想的深化和升华。对法治、德治与自治、法治、德治相结合学理分析与阐释的前提是法治与德治相结合问题。对法治与德治相结合之能否及如何实现等问题不能简单肯定或否定,两者关系仍有再讨论的必要和可能。此问题首先应澄清其适用的理论前提,然后需对法治与德治相结合的具体层次及其适用限度具体分析和阐释,最后在此基础上才可能探寻其可能实现的路径。The rural governance idea combining rule of law, rule of virtue and autonomy is the deepening and sublimation of the thought of rule of law and rule of virtue. However, the combination of rule of law, rule of virtue is the premise of the combination of rule of law, rule of virtue and autonomy. The question of whether and how to realize the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue cannot be simply given a positive or negative answer. It is necessary to clarify the theoretical premise of its application, and then to analyze and explain the specific level of the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue and its application limit, and finally to explore the possible path of its realization.
