摘　　要：肺癌目前已成为世界上发病率和死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,高鹏翔教授认为,邪气积留于肺,日久不去,郁而化热,灼津耗液,致痰凝、血滞,积聚成块,发为肺癌。在治疗上提出肺与大肠相表里,倡导应用泻下法治疗肺癌,使肺部痰饮、瘀血、癥瘕、积聚、热毒之邪经肺络由大肠泻下而出,使瘀、热、毒邪有所出,病情得以缓解。Lung cancer has become one of the most malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality in the world. Professor Gao Pengxiang believes that evil spirits are accumulated in the lungs, and they will not go for a long time, stagnation and heat, burning and consuming liquid, causing phlegm, blood stagnation, accumulating in chunks, and developing lung cancer. In the treatment, the lung and the large intestine are proposed, and the application of the diarrhea method to treat lung cancer is advocated, so that the lungs sip, sputum, stagnation, accumulation, and heat of the lungs are vented from the large intestine, causing phlegm, Heat, poisonous evils have emerged, the condition has been alleviated.
