摘　　要：本文旨在对诸云龙教授治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效进行总结,诸云龙教授以擅长针药结合治疗骨关节病著称,有扎实的中医理论基础和丰富的临床经验,认为膝关节骨关节炎多属中医痹症中的骨痹,中医基本病机"瘀血痹阻经络",严重影响了患者生活、工作和学习[1]。治疗上重视补肝肾,壮筋骨,活血化瘀为治疗原则,其根据不同的病机特点,采用针药结合的治疗方法,临床上疗效显著。This article aims to summarize the clinical efficacy of Professor Zhu Yunlong in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Professor Zhu Yunlong is famous for being good at combining acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of osteoarthropathy,and has solid theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine and rich clinical experience.He believes that knee osteoarthritis is mostly bone arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine,and the basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine"blood stasis obstructing channels and collaterals"has seriously affected the life,work and study of patients.Treatment attaches great importance to nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening bones and muscles,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the treatment principles,and the tutor adopts the treatment method of combining acupuncture and medicine according to different pathogenesis characteristics,which is clinically effective.
