电针近部穴位与远部穴位对肠鸣音影响的比较

摘　　要：目的观察电针近部和远部代表性穴位对人体肠鸣音的影响,为近部取穴和远部取穴的针刺效应比较提供一方面的试验依据。方法将90例志愿者采用随机排列表的方式随机分为天枢组、足三里组和空白组各30例,2组均取单侧穴,采用连续波分别电针天枢穴、足三里穴各30 min,观察针前、电针时、电针后共6个时段肠鸣音脉冲的变化情况,空白组在相应时间段未作任何处理。结果电针天枢、足三里穴的针后2个时段平均每分钟肠鸣音脉冲数分别与针前相比,各组差异均具有显著性(q检验,P<0.05或P<0.01),而空白组的相应时段平均每分钟肠鸣音脉冲数对比,差异无显著性(方差分析,P>0.05)。3组同时段的平均每分钟肠鸣音脉冲数进行组间比较没有显著性差异(方差分析,P>0.05)。结论近部取穴与远部取穴对人体肠鸣音均可产生显著的影响,但二者之间的针刺效应没有显著性差异。Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at the points on abdomen and lower limbs of stomach meridian for human abdominal sounds,and study on effects of acupuncture on gastrointestinal motility.Methods With randomized controlled study method by random permutation table,90 volunteers were assigned to 3 groups:Tianshu(ST25)group,Zusanli(ST36)group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.One point and a auxiliary non-point(1.5 cm centripetal or centrifugal the corresponding point along meridian)were adopted in each group at one side of the corresponding meridian except the control group,and acupuncture the corresponding point and the auxiliary non-point by connecting to electroacupuncture machine for 30 min with consecutive electric pulses in each group.Changes of the pulses of abdominal sounds were investigated in the each group during 6 period of time.Results The pulses of abdominal sounds in per minute in two periods of time after electroacupuncture in the Tianshu group and Zusanli group with a significant difference compared with that before electroacupuncture in the each group(q test,P<0.05 or P<0.01),and in the control group with no significant difference in six period of time(Analysis of variance,P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncturing at the Tianshu(ST25)or Zusanli(ST36)of stomach meridian can cause significant effects for abdominal sounds,but there was no significant difference between them.
