摘　　要：诸邪侵体均可生痰,诸病均可伴生痰;痰生成的过程是"邪入水",本质是"浊水"。凡痰均有形,可见形质者称显形痰;形质被隐于内者称隐形痰比较恰当。痰的质地可以作为寒热辨证的参考依据,痰色与寒热无明显相关性。临床常见外感之痰、气郁之痰、宿根之痰、正虚之痰、胶固之痰、隐形之痰;扶正化痰是治痰总则。All pathogenic factors invade the body to produce sputum and any disease will produce phlegm.Phlegm formation is the process of pathogenic factors into water so its essence is muddy water.All phlegm is tangible that the seen sputum calls visible sputum and the phlegm hidden inside calls invisible phlegm.The texture of phlegm can be used as basis of its cold-heat syndrome differentiation,but there is no obviouscorrelation between the color of sputum and cold-heat.In clinical practice,we can often see exogenous phlegm,sputum of qi stagnation,inherent sputum,sputum of weakened body resistance,adhesive phlegm and invisible phlegm.The general principles of curing phlegm is strengthening the body resistance and eliminating phlegm.
