摘 要:目的检验康复训练联合针刺治疗肘部尺神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2013年1月至2017年12月收治的肘部尺神经损伤患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为针康组22例,康复组和电针组各21例。针康组给予电针加康复训练,康复组给予康复训练,电针组给予针刺加电针治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后尺神经传导速度及波幅、尺神经功能评分变化情况。结果 (1)三组治疗前后组内尺神经感觉传导速度和波幅(指5→腕)、运动传导速度和波幅(肘→腕)比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);三组治疗后组间比较针康组优于电针组(P <0. 05),电针组优于康复组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。(2)三组治疗前后组内尺神经功能评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);三组治疗后组间尺神经功能评分比较针康组优于康复组(P <0. 05),康复组优于电针组(P <0. 05)。结论在肘部尺神经损伤患者的临床治疗中,康复训练和针刺均可以促进神经功能恢复,但康复训练疗效优于针刺治疗,两者相加可优化临床疗效,康复训练加针刺是肘部尺神经损伤后的较佳治疗方案,值得推广。Objective To examine the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on the elbow ulnar nerve injury.Methods In this study,64 patients were selected from the elbow ulnar nerve injury in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017,according to random number table method,it can be divided into 22 cases of electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation group,21 cases of rehabilitation group and electroacupuncture group.The observation group was treated by electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation,the electroacupuncture group by electroacupuncture and the rehabilitation group by rehabilitation training,To compare the function score of ulnar nerve、the changes of the nerve conduction velocity and amplitude between the three groups of patients before and after treatment.Results 1.There were statistically significant differences in the ulnar nerve function scores between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation group was better than the rehabilitation group(P<0.05),and the recovery group was better than the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).2.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)in the sensory conduction velocity and amplitude of the ulnar nerve(the fifth finger→the wirst)in the three groups before and after treatment,and it was the same of the motion conduction velocity and amplitude of the ulnar nerve(elbow→wirst);After treatment,the electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation was superior than the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05),the electroacupuncture group was superior to the rehabilitation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with the elbow ulnar nerve injury,rehabilitation training and acupuncture can promote the recovery of ulnar nerve function,but the effect of rehabilitation training is better than that of acupuncture treatment,combination can optimize the clinical curative effect,rehabilitation training plus acupuncture is better t
