摘  要:利用优化前的纳氏试剂比色法对工业废水中氨氮的化学成分进行检测时,精密度和准确性均不高,不能满足工业废水治理的要求。对纳氏试剂比色检测方法进行优化。优化前的纳氏试剂比色法在纳氏试剂配置环节和预处理环节均存在问题,影响检测结果,因此从这两方面入手,进行优化。优化结果:经验证,优化后的纳氏试剂比色法在检测精密度和检测准确性两个方面较优化前分别提高了0.15%和10%,为污染治理,环境保护工作提供了前沿性的支持。When the chemical composition of ammonia nitrogen in industrial wastewater is detected by the Nash s reagent colorimetric method before optimization,the precision and accuracy are not high,and it cannot meet the requirements of industrial wastewater treatment.In response to the above problems,the Nessler reagent colorimetric detection method is optimized.The Nachler reagent colorimetric method before optimization has problems in the configuration and pretreatment of Nessler s reagents,which affects the detection results.Therefore,this study starts from these two aspects and optimizes.Optimization results:After verification,the optimized Nessler reagent colorimetric method improved the precision and detection accuracy by 0.15%and 10%respectively before optimization,providing cutting-edge for pollution control and environmental protection work.stand by..
