摘 要:桑寄生茶为我国传统保健茶饮,但缺乏系统的整理总结,限制了其广泛应用和进一步开发。本文对我国别样茶中桑寄生茶的植物来源、应用历史、化学成分、药理活性和安全性等方面进行整理综述。桑寄生茶在我国两广地区具有悠久的饮用历史,能补肝肾,强筋骨,降压抗癌。现代研究表明,桑寄生茶含有黄酮类、萜类衍生物、挥发性成分、凝集素等成分,具有降血压,降血脂,降血糖,抗氧化,抗肿瘤,抗炎镇痛,利尿,神经保护等多种药理活性。但化学成分和药理活性的现代研究不够深入,以及寄主植物多样,没有规范,可能会对桑寄生茶的质量稳定和安全应用造成影响。Taxillus chinensis Herb Tea is a traditional healthy tea in China,but its extensive applications and further developments are limited due to lack of systematic review.This paper summarizes its plant origin,application history,chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and safety.Taxillus chinensis Herb Tea has a long history of drinking in southern China,it can nourish liver and kidney,strengthen tendons and bones,lower blood pressure and fight cancer.Modern researches show that Taxillus chinensis Herb Tea contains chemical constituents such as flavonoids,hemiterpenoid derivatives,volatile constituents,lectin,etc.Moreover,its main pharmacological activities include hypotensive,hypolipidemic,hypoglycemic,blood glucose lowering,antioxidant and antitumor,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,diuretic,neuroprotective,etc.However,the modern researches on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Taxillus chinensis Herb Tea are not thorough,and its host plants are diverse and irregular,which affect the quality stability and safe application of Taxillus chinensis Herb Tea.
