集束护理干预在腹泻患者肛周皮炎护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束护理干预在腹泻患者肛周皮炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年3月至2018年2月到本院就诊的82例肛周皮炎患者,随机划分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取集束护理干预,对比两组肛周皮炎发生率及临床分级,同时记录愈合时间。结果:观察组肛周皮炎发生率为2.44%,临床分级为Ⅰ级,对照组发生率为19.51%,包括Ⅰ级3例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级2例,而且观察组愈合时间[(1.79±0.43)d]明显短于对照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对腹泻患者采取集束护理干预手段,能够有效防止肛周皮炎的发生,促进愈合,效果优于常规护理措施,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on perianal dermatitis in diarrhea patients.Methods:82 perianal dermatitis with diarrhea who came to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing measures,while the observation group adopted cluster nursing intervention.The incidence and clinical grading of perianal dermatitis were compared between the two groups,and the healing time was recorded.Results:The incidence of perianal dermatitis in the observation group was 2.44%,clinical gradeⅠ,and 19.51%in the control group,including 3 cases of gradeⅠ,3 cases of gradeⅡand 2 cases of gradeⅢ.The healing time of the observation group[(1.79+0.43)d]was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention for diarrhea patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of perianal dermatitis and promote healing.The effect is better than routine nursing measures,which is worth promoting.
