摘　　要：目的:探究一次性10ml注射器代替玻璃试管在支气管镜检手术中收集分泌物的应用价值。方法:回顾2014年1月至2017年12月在我科进行的150例支气管镜检患者,在手术中分泌物采集中存在问题的解决过程。结果:一次性10ml注射器代替玻璃试管运用于支气管镜检手术中,大大提高了医生满意度、病人满意度,提高了支气管镜检手术中分泌物采样比率。结论:一次性10ml注射器代替玻璃试管运用于支气管镜术中分泌物收集,具有很好的社会效益、经济效益。Objective:To explore the application value of disposable 10ml syringe instead of glass tube in collecting secretions during bronchoscopy.Methods:150 patients who underwent bronchoscopy in our department from January 2014 to December 2017 were retrospectively reviewed.The problems in secretion collection during operation were solved.Result:The application of disposable 10ml syringe instead of glass tube in bronchoscopy greatly improved the satisfaction of doctors and patients,and increased the rate of secretion sampling in bronchoscopy operation.CONCLUSION:The disposable 10ml syringe instead of glass tube can be used to collect secretions during bronchoscopy,which has good social and economic benefits.
