摘　　要：支气管哮喘是最常见的呼吸道疾病之一,其治疗主要以糖皮质激素为主,吸入性糖皮质激素作为局部气道用药可通过减少免疫炎性介质的生成,抑制炎性因子的产生。然而,临床上部分患者在保证依从性的前提下规律用药后,药效差,症状未能控制,甚至还出现激素抵抗。糖皮质激素抵抗型哮喘是所有哮喘患者中病情最重的一种类型,p38促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶(p38 MAPK)在激素抵抗型哮喘的发病过程中起着重要作用,因此了解p38 MAPK及其在激素抵抗型哮喘中发挥的作用,能够为今后激素抵抗型哮喘的诊治提供一定的参考作用。Bronchial asthma is one of the most common respiratory diseases,and glucocorticoids are the most effective treatment.As a local airway medication,the inhaled glucocorticoids can reduce the production of immune inflammatory mediators and inhibit the production of inflammatory factors.However,poor effectiveness of glucocorticoids is shown in some asthmatic patients,and their symptoms cannot be controlled even they ensure regular use of drugs,and there is even hormonal resistance.Steroid-resistant asthma is one of the most serious types of asthma,and p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK) plays an important role in the pathogenesis.Therefore,understanding p38 MAPK and its functions can provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of steroid-resistant asthma.
