摘 要:为充分考虑探测任务对天波超视距雷达作战效能的影响,基于改进的ADC模型,将任务因素纳入天波超视距雷达作战效能评估体系,给出了其指标的定量计算方法.实例应用表明,引入任务因素的评估方法能对不同探测任务的作战效能实现有效的评估,提高了天波超视距雷达作战效能的时效性.In order to fully consider the impact of the detection mission on the operational effectiveness of the skywave over-the-horizon radar(OTHR),this paper relies on the improved ADC model to include the mission factors in the operational effectiveness evaluation system of the skywave OTHR,and also gives the quantitative calculation method of its index.The application case analysis testifies that by introducing the evaluation method of mission factors,the operational performance of different detection missions can be effectively evaluated,which increases the timeliness of the operational effectiveness of the skywave OTHR.
