基层医院静脉治疗知识调查及构建双向培训体系的效果

摘　　要：目的:了解川东北地区基层医院护理人员静脉治疗知识知晓及静脉治疗管理现状,探讨构建双向培训体系对基层护理人员静脉治疗知识、技能、管理的效果。方法:抽样调查川东北地区不同等级医院护理人员和护理管理人员的静脉治疗知识知晓率、管理现状,并对基层医院护理人员和护理管理人员进行双向培训和考核。结果:川东北地区基层医院护理人员静脉治疗知识知晓率较低(72.8%～86.9%)、操作技能较差(合格率59.1%～63.9%),护理管理人员静脉治疗相关管理知识知晓率较低(22.2%～48.6%),管理水平有待提高。构建双向培训体系提高了基层医院护理人员静脉治疗理论知识(知晓率89.6%～96.2%)、操作技能水平(合格率84.8%～91.3%)和护理管理人员管理水平(知晓率44.3%～91.4%)。结论:静脉治疗双向培训体系能提高基层医院护理人员的静脉治疗理论知识、操作技能和管理质量,促进静脉治疗的规范化、标准化和专业化。Objective:To explore the effects of two-way training system on the knowledge,skill and manage-ment of venous therapy of the nurses in basic hospital by investigating the awareness rate of venous therapy knowledge and the status of venous therapy management of the nurses from basic hospitals in the northeast of Sichuan.Methods:The awareness rate of venous therapy knowledge and management status quo of nursing management staffs and nurses from different-level hospitals in the northeast region of Sichuan were sampled,two-way training and assessment of nurses and nursing management staffs in basic hospitals were performed.Results:Nurses from the basic hospital in the northeast of Sichuan showed lower awareness rate of venous therapy knowledge(72.8%~86.9%)and poorer operation skills(pass percentage 59.1%~63.9%),and nursing management staffs presented lower awareness rate of venous therapy knowledge(22.2%~48.6%),and the management level needed to be improved.Constructing two-way training system could lift the awareness rate of venous therapy knowledge of the nurses in basic hospitals(the awareness rate 89.6%~96.2%),the level of operation skills(pass percentage 84.8%~91.3%)and management level of nursing management staffs(the awareness rate 44.3%~91.4%).Conclusion:Two-way training system of venous therapy could increase theoretical knowledge of venous therapy,enhance operation skills and management quality of the nurses in basic hospital,promote the normalization,standardization and specialization of venous therapy.
