氩氦刀冷冻消融术联合复方红豆杉胶囊治疗原发性肝癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氩氦刀冷冻消融术联合复方红豆杉胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将无法手术或不愿行手术切除的原发性肝癌患者45例随机分为A、B组,均给予CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗,A组在此基础上予复方红豆杉胶囊治疗6周期,观察2组患者肿瘤客观疗效,免疫功能变化情况及不良反应。结果:治疗后A组肿瘤完全缓解7例,部分缓解11例,总有效率为90.0%;B组完全缓解5例,部分缓解14例,总有效率为76.0%。治疗后体液及淋巴免疫功能A组患者均较治疗前升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组虽有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氩氦刀冷冻消融术联合复方红豆杉胶囊能提高患者免疫功能,抑制肿瘤生长。Objective:To observe clinical effects of argon-helium cryoablation and compound HongDouShan capsules in treating hepatic cancer.Methods:A total of 45 patients who could not perform the surgery or were reluctant to perform surgical resection were randomly assigned to the groups of A and B,who were treated by argon-helium cryoablation guided by CT,the group A were given compound HongDouShan capsules for six cycles,the adverse reaction,the changes of immunologic function and objective curative effects of both groups were observed.Results:After treating,there were seven cases completely relieved in the group A,11 cases relieved part,total effective rate was 90.0%;there were five cases completely mitigated in the group B,14 cases part relieved and total effective rate was 76.0%.After treating,humoral immunity and lymphoid immune function of the group A improved compared with before treating,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),although these of the group B rose,the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion:Argon-helium cryoablation and compound HongDouShan capsules could raise the immunologic function of the patients and inhibit the tumor growth.
