开展品管圈活动提高徒手盲插鼻空肠营养管成功率

摘　　要：目的通过开展品管圈活动提高ICU护士徒手盲插鼻空肠营养管的成功率。方法组织ICU护士成立品管圈,遵循PDCA工作程序,分析影响置管成功率的原因,针对主要原因制定措施并改进置管工作流程。品管圈活动开展3个月后比较活动前后盲插鼻空肠管成功率。结果开展品管圈活动后,护士徒手盲插鼻空肠营养管一次成功率由48.2%提高到78.4%(P<0.01),72 h总置管成功率则由90.8%上升至96.6%,护士各项能力自评分均有所提升。结论开展品管圈活动能显著提升ICU护士徒手盲插鼻空肠营养管成功率,提高护士的综合素质。Objective To improve the success rate of bedside blind placement of naso-intestinal tube in ICU nurses by applying Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities.Methods The method included Organizing ICU Nurses to set up a QCC team,basing on the PDCA cycle,analyzing the reasons that affect the success rate of blind naso-intestinal tube intubatton,formulating measures to the main reasons and improving the workflow of tube placement.After 3 months of implementation,the success rate of blind naso-intestinal tube intubatton was compared to evaluate the efficiency of the QCC Activities.Results By applying QCC activities,the success rate of primary blind naso-intestinal tube intubatton raised from 48.2 percent to 78.4 percent(P<0.01),and by day 3,this increased from 90.9 percent to 96.6 percent.Nurses'self-rated abilities were improved.Conclusion QCC activities can improve not only the the success rate of blind naso-intestinal tube intubatton but also nurses'comprehensive quality.
