新型纺纱装备的技术进步与新型纺纱线的开发创新――参加第19届全国新型纺纱学术会议的启示

摘　　要：第19届全国新型纺纱学术会是一次高层次的学术研讨会,总结了第18届新型纺纱学术会以来在新型纺纱的技术进步与新型纱线开发方面取得的成就,深入研讨了新型纺纱技术与产品开发方向与重点,指出转杯纺要围绕开发好高支纱与特高支纱、多元混色纱及非棉转杯纺纱开发进行技术创新,喷气涡流纺要改变目前使用原料局限、纱线使用范围狭隘的局面,开发出多种纱线,扩大应用领域。环锭纺技术要向智能化与多功能化方向发展,通过装备的改造与技术创造,"焕发青春活力",实现生产效率提高、产品档次提升、用工减少、能耗降低的目的,与转杯纺、喷气涡流纺优势互补,共同发展。The 19 th National New Spinning Colloquium, a high-level academic seminar, summarizes the technological progress of new spinning equipments and the achievements in developing new spinning yarn since the18 th Colloquium. The direction and focus in developing new spinning technology and its products are discussed in depth. It is pointed out that the technological innovation of rotor spinning should focus on developing high count yarn, super high count yarn, multicolor blended yarn and the non-cotton rotor spinning yarn. The jet vortex spinning should change the present situation of limited raw material use and narrow scope of using yarn,develop more variety of yarn, and expand application field. Ring spindle spinning technology should develop toward the direction of intelligence and multi-function. Through equipment transformation and technology creation, the rejuvenation can realize the purpose of improving production efficiency, improving product grade,and reducing employment and energy consumption, and realize the mutual development of rotor spinning and jet vortex spinning with the complementary advantages.
