润滑油产品包装首件质量管理探讨

摘　　要：针对润滑油产品品种多、批量小、调合工艺调整频繁、批产品质量控制复杂的现状,阐述了首件产品的质量管理对批产品质量控制的重要性。提出应根据润滑油生产工艺、产品性能特点,确定相应的质量管理原则,规定取样规则,科学选择检验项目以减少劳动强度。通过过程绩效指标的监控提高改进首件质量管理,借助在线清洁度测仪器、管汇系统及球扫线、在线SPC控制等新工艺新技术以提高润滑油产品包装首件质量合格率。In view of the present situation of lubricating oil products with many varieties,small batches,frequent adjustment of blending process and complex quality control of batch products,the importance of quality management of first-piece product to quality control of batch products is expounded,and it is proposed that the corresponding quality management principles,sampling rules and inspection items should be determined according to the production process and performance characteristics of lube oils to reduce labor intensity and improve the quality management of the first-piece product by monitoring the process performance indicators.The qualified rate of the first-piece package of lubricating oil products can be improved by means of new technologies such as on-line cleanliness testing instrument,manifold system,ball sweep line and on-line SPC control.
