摘 要:通过实验对钻井液中氯化钠溶液和磺甲基酚醛树脂(SMP)溶液的配制提出了改进性意见和方法,并对比色皿及参比溶液的选择进行了分析。利用紫外分光光度计对不同实验条件下样品浊点盐度进行测试,讨论分析了浊点盐度的主要影响因素。结果表明:比色皿使用前应进行测试,选取吸光度不大于0.001的比色皿配对使用;浊点盐度测试建议使用石英比色皿,选取蒸馏水作为参比溶液进行实验。测试时间分别为2 min和10 min浊点盐度减小了10 g/L;SMP溶液与氯化钠溶液混合及吸光度数值读取时间应在2 min内完成,各测试溶液实验过程应一致。some suggestions and methods for improving the preparation of sodium chloride solution and sulfomethyl phenolic resin(SMP)solution in drilling fluid were put forward based on experiments,and the selection of colorimetric dishes and reference solution was analyzed experimentally.The cloud point salinity of samples under different experimental conditions was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and the main influencing factors of cloud point salinity were analyzed.The experimental results show that the colorimetric dishes should be tested before they are used,and the colorimetric dishes with absorbance less than 0.001 should be used in pairs;It is suggested to use quartz colorimetric dishes and distilled water as reference solution for cloud point salinity test.The test time is 2 min and 10 min respectively,and the cloud point salinity is reduced by 10 g/L.The mixing of SMP solution with sodium chloride solution and the reading of absorbance value should be completed within 2 minutes,and the test process of each test solution should be the same.
