摘 要:普通捞砂泵清理煤层气井筒内沉砂虽然克服了冲砂液循环冲砂的缺点,但对于板结的砂面及较大粒径的煤粒仍然无法有效清理;旋转捞砂泵克服了普通捞砂泵的缺点,但仍然存在旋转管柱时,储砂管内下沉的砂粒和煤粒压覆在翻板之上,再次捞砂时会发生翻板延迟打开或打开程度低,甚至无法打开的问题。为解决该问题,改进了旋转捞砂工艺配套的储砂管的内部结构,现场应用表明解决了上述问题,实现了高效捞砂作业,取得了良好的经济效益。To clean in the sand of CBM wellbore using common sand-bailing pump overcomes the shortcomings of circulating sand-washing with sand-washing fluid,but the common sand-bailing pump is still unable to clean the hardened sand surface and the coal particle of larger size effectively.Rotary sand-bailing pump overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary sand-bailing pump,but there is still problem that when the pipe string rotates,the sand and coal particles sinking in the sand storage pipe presses on the overturning plate,and the opening of overturning plate will be delayed or it is of small opening or even unable to open when the sand is salvaged again.In order to solve this problem,the internal structure of the sand storage pipe matched with the rotary sand salvage process was improved.The field application shows that the above problem has been solved,the efficient sand salvage operation has been realized,and good economic benefit has been achieved.
