摘  要:为提高经济效益,河钢邯钢对喷吹用煤的最佳煤种和合理的配煤方案进行了试验研究。通过对单种煤粉的工业分析、元素分析、可磨性、灰分成分、灰熔点、爆炸性、着火点、燃烧率测定,确定了3#烟煤和无烟煤Ⅲ为河钢邯钢高炉喷吹用烟煤的首选煤种,且3#烟煤配加比例控制在45%~55%较为适宜。In order to improve economic benefits,the optimum coal type and reasonable coal blending scheme for coal injection at Hansteel were tested. Through industrial analysis,element analysis,grindability,ash fraction,ash melting point,explosiveness,ignition point and combustion rate determination of single coal powder,it is determined that 3# bituminous coal and Ⅲ anthracite are the preferred coal for blast furnace injection at Hansteel. And the proportion of 3# bituminous coal to be controlled between 45% and 55% is more appropriate.
