摘 要:通过对某钢铁企业冷轧工序出现的非典型性轧制翘皮缺陷形貌、分布规律及微观形貌进行分析,找到了缺陷产生的根本原因并提出了改进措施。分析结果认为:与以往轧制翘皮产生的原因不同,定宽机锤头对中标定存在问题,使得锤头两侧与板坯接触不同步,是导致此次缺陷产生的根本原因。更换定宽机锤头孔型尺寸与材质,并将锤头偏向操作侧进行二次标定后,缺陷发生率明显降低,钢卷表面质量大幅提升。Based on the analysis of appearance, distribution and micro-morphology of the atypical roll upwarping defect in the cold rolling process of a steel enterprise, the root causes of defects were found and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that, unlike the previous reasons for upwarping, there is something wrong with the alignment calibration of slab sizing press hammer, resulting in the synchronized contact between the hammer and slab, which is the root cause of the defect. After changing the pass size and pass material of the hammer and adding the twice calibrating for the deviation side of hammer, the defect rate is obviously reduced and the surface quality of steel coil is greatly improved.
