摘　　要：因海损原因和债权种类呈多样化的发展趋势,现行有效的海事赔偿责任限制基金设立程序中的不完善之处不能满足司法实践中的新需求。以2000年至2017年广州海事法院审理的60宗申请设立海事赔偿责任限制基金案件为样本,对海事赔偿责任限制基金案件进行了类型化研究,以充分保障各方主体合法权益为导向,就细化和完善该类案件程序规范提出建议。As marine incidents and the claims tend to be diversified,current procedure establishing limitation fund for maritime claims can no longer meet the new requirements of local judicial practice.In this paper,60 cases regarding the application for establishing limitation fund for maritime claims decided by Guangzhou Maritime Court from 2000 to 2017 are reviewed,and typological research in the respect is herein conducted.Meanwhile,in order to protect lawful rights and interests of the parties in maritime disputes,this paper puts up some suggestions for improving the procedural regulations as well for this type of cases.
