摘  要:为提高城市道路隧道的交通安全性,克服运营隧道安全评价难以进行定量分析的不足,根据改进的物元可拓学模型和变权理论,建立城市道路隧道交通安全评价模型,基于相关规范和已有研究成果,构建评价指标体系和指标定量分析标准。运用该模型进行实例分析,结果表明:实例隧道1的交通安全等级为"低/3级",偏向等级"较高/2级";实例隧道2的交通安全等级为"较高/2级",与2座隧道的实际运营状况比较相符。将所建模型与其他常用评价模型进行对比分析,验证其实用性。从指标综合权重可以看出,路面亮度的均匀性和车型混杂率对评价结果影响较大。In order to improve the traffic safety of urban road tunnels andovercome the insufficiency of quantitative analysis of operation tunnel safety evaluation,the evaluation model of urban road tunnel traffic safetyis proposed based on the improved matter-element extenics model and variable weight theory. Evaluation index system and index quantitative analysis standard is established by the relevant standards and existing research results. This model is used for case analysis, and the results show that:The traffic safety grade of tunnel 1 is "low/ level 3", the bias grade is "higher/ level 2",and the traffic safety grade of tunnel 2 is " higher/ level 2".The evaluation results are in line with the actual operation state of the two tunnels. Compared with other evaluation models, the practicability of the model is verified. It can be seen from the comprehensive weight of indicators that the uniformity of road brightness and the vehicle hybrid rate have a great impact on the evaluation results.
