摘 要:为探究潮汐作用导致大断面盾构隧道管片环间接缝的张开情况及其对防水性能的影响,基于在海潮显著变化区修建的大断面海底隧道——苏埃通道工程,通过建立管片的ANSYS有限元实体模型计算出管片纵向接头的等效抗弯刚度;建立隧道的纵向等效刚度模型,通过施加不同的潮位差所对应的水头压力,得到潮汐荷载作用下隧道纵向弯矩和轴力的分布情况;进而通过环缝张开量计算公式,确定沿盾构隧道纵向各位置处的环缝张开量。研究结果表明:较大的环缝张开量主要出现在地层的软硬程度沿纵向呈现剧烈变化的位置,由于该位置发生不均匀沉降,导致弯矩和轴力的结果偏大,从而影响到环缝张开量;潮汐荷载作用引起的最大环缝张开量为0.271 mm,对接缝防水性能的影响较低。In order to explore the effect of tidal action on the ring joints opening and waterproof property of the large section shield tunnel, large section subsea shield tunnel, namely, Su’ai Channel project built in region with significant changes in tides is based on. The equivalent flexural rigidity of the longitudinal joint is calculated by establishing the ANSYS finite element entity model. The longitudinal equivalent stiffness model of the tunnel is established, and the longitudinal bending moment and axial force’s distribution of the tunnel under tidal load is obtained by applying the head pressure corresponding to the difference of tide level. Then, opening of the ring joint at each position along the longitudinal direction of the shield tunnel was determined by calculation formula of opening of the ring seam. The research results show that: the larger opening of ring joint occur in the locations where the hardness and softness of strata change dramatically along the longitudinal direction. Due to uneven longitudinal settlement at these location, the results of bending moment and axial force tend to be large, which affect the opening of ring joint. The maximum ring joint opening caused by tidal loads is 0.271 mm,which has a low impact on the waterproof property of joints.
