乡村振兴背景下户籍收入差距的再探讨——基于职业隔离的视角

摘　　要：本文利用CHIP2013年数据,基于收入差距分解模型,研究了职业隔离对不同户籍劳动者收入差距的影响。研究表明,相对于城镇职工,外来农民工在职业竞争中受到了歧视,本地农民工受到了一定的保护,地方企业在招工时表现出排外倾向;职业间的收入差距分别解释了本地、外地农民工与城镇职工收入差距的35.2%和55.4%;职业内的收入差距分别解释了本地、外地农民工与城镇职工收入差距的64.8%和44.6%。总体而言,劳动力禀赋差异是农民工与城镇职工收入差距的主要原因。文章建议优先发展农村教育事业和技能培训,加快提升农村人力资本。Using the survey data from CHIP2013,this paper analyzes the effects of occupation segregation on difference in income between workers with different Hukou system(household registration system)based on Brown decomposition Method.The research shows that compared to urban workers,rural-to-urban workers with Hukou in other areas are suffered from occupation discrimination,while workers with local rural Hukou are protected,which means that there exists some degree of exclusionary discrimination in worker recruitment of enterprises.Difference in income of 35.2%,55.4% between urban workers and workers with local rural Hukou,and migrant workers with rural Hukou in other area are respectively explained by inter-occupation income gap.Difference in income of 64.8%,44.6% between urban workers and workers with local rural Hukou,and migrant workers with rural Hukou in other area are respectively explained by the intra-occupation income gap.On the whole,worker heterogeneity is the main reason of income gap of workers in urban and rural areas.This paper gives a suggestion of improvement in human capital through developing the high-school and tertiary education and professional training in rural areas.
