摘　　要：由个性化需求增多催生的大规模定制化生产需要促使了制造业模块化生产方式的出现并向网络状演变。与之密切相关的适应性人力资本系统也经历了类似的模块化进程。文章对人力资本培育主体的职能进行分解,基于系统经济的视角,通过解析人力资本培育的模块化表达形式,构建嵌入模块化制造网络的人力资本培育系统,说明其集聚—裂变—网络化的发展过程及显著特征,阐明制造业人力资本培育系统与模块化生产系统之间的协同运作机制。结合理论分析与当前我国制造业转型升级实践,提出了可操作性对策和建议。The large-scale customization production,which is driven by the increase of individual demand,has prompted the emergence of modular manufacturing mode in the manufacturing industry and evolved to the network.The adaptive human capital system,which is closely related to it,has undergone a similar modularization process.Based on the view of system economy,this paper analyzes the modular expression of human capital cultivation,constructs the human capital cultivation system embedded in the modular manufacturing network,and explains the significant characteristics and development of the human capital cultivating system which process through agglomeration-fission-networkization,clarifies the synergistic mechanism between the human capital cultivation system and the modular production system.Then combined with theoretical analysis and the current transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing practice,it put forward operational measures and recommendations.
