学科期刊需求量化评估方法的研究——以吉林大学无机化学学科为例

摘　　要：通过统计吉林大学无机化学学科2012—2016年被SCI收录论文的引文期刊数据,确定了该学科所需期刊种类;利用期刊相对被引频次、期刊使用率、引文分析法、h指数法和SCI影响因子法对引文数据进行统计分析,给出了定量评估期刊在该学科的学术价值和被需求程度的方法,确定了该学科的核心期刊种类;结合馆藏信息,精准评估了图书馆对期刊需求的保障水平,为实现大学图书馆按各学科需求配置资源的个性化服务和图书馆期刊建设提供了量化依据。Based on the statistics of the citation journals of the papers collected by SCI in the inorganic chemistry discipline of Jilin University from 2012 to 2016,this paper determines the types of journals needed for this discipline;makes statistical analysis of citation data by using relative citation frequency,periodical utilization rate,citation analysis method,h-index method and SCI influence factor method,gives a method to quantitatively evaluate the academic value and demand degree of periodicals in this discipline,and determines the core periodical types of this discipline;based on the collection information,evaluates the guarantee level of library’s periodical demand accurately,and provides a quantitative basis for realizing the individualized service of university libraries in allocating resources according to the needs of various disciplines and the periodical construction of libraries.
