党内政治文化的内涵、特征及建设探略

摘　　要：党内政治文化,是党在长期政治实践中形成的政治心理、情感态度、价值观念、制度规范和行为方式等构成的有机整体,是以马克思主义为指导、以中华优秀传统文化为基础、以革命文化为源头、以社会主义先进文化为主体、充分体现中国共产党党性的文化。其内涵丰富、特征鲜明,具有很强的理论性和指导性。新形势下,深入分析党内政治文化的基本内涵,厘清党内政治文化的主要特征,并初步对党内政治文化建设进行探索,对培育积极健康的党内政治文化,营造风清气正的党内政治生态有重要意义。Inner-party political culture is an organic whole composed of political psychology, emotional attitudes, values, institutional norms and behavioral patterns developed through long-term political practice within the party, which is built on brilliant traditional Chinese culture, originated from revolutionary culture, centered on the advanced socialist culture, and characterized by Party Spirit of Chinese Communist Party. It boasts rich connotation and distinct features, both immensely theoretical and instructive. Under the new situation, analyzing the basic connotation of inner-party political culture in depth, clarifying its main characteristics, and making a tentative exploration on its construction are of great significance to develop a positive and healthy inner-party political culture as well as to promote an honest and upright inner-party political atmosphere.
