摘  要:设计并搭建了二氧化碳跨临界压缩机性能测试实验教学平台,平台包括系统测试平台和压缩机制冷系统两大部分,设计为多变量性能测试的综合实验台。对平台进行了热力学参数数据计算分析,并以吸气过热度对压缩机性能影响为例做实验,测试了该平台的运行性能。结果显示:设计的实验台操作简单,工况控制稳定性良好,计算机直接显示实验曲线和结果。该平台的以上运行特性有利于用于制冷专业本科实验教学,测试不同参数对压缩机及制冷循环性能的影响、掌握测试方法、对测试平台的熟练操作,有助于学生深入理解理论课程和提高工程实践能力。A performance test rig of trans-critical refrigeration cycle of carbon dioxide compressors for experimental teaching was designed and established. The test rig is designed for multi-variable factors performance testing, includes two parts: compressor refrigeration system and test platform. The thermal parameters were calculated, and the operation characteristics were tested taking the influences of intake temperatures on compressors as example. The results shows, the test rig is easy to operate, the condition control is accurate and the results and curves are showed directly by computer. These characteristics of the rig make it beneficial to experimental teaching for students major in refrigeration and the students can use it to test the influences of different factors on compressors and refrigeration cycle, master the testing methods and command the rig well, thus contribute to understanding of theory courses and improving engineering practice ability.
