摘  要:针对国内人因工程实验教学中普遍存在实验项目单一,不利于培养学生的创新能力这一问题,对人因工程实验教学体系进行了改革。首先,对比了国内外人因工程实验教学水平,指明了改革的必要性,并以哈尔滨商业大学为例,从实验类型、实验内容、实验方式与方法、实验平台方面提出了改革的目标和措施,在此基础上,设计了具有模块化特征的新的实验教学体系。该体系以提高型实验为重点,突出虚拟仿真技术的应用,具有实验类型多样化、实验内容层次化、实验方式灵活化、实验资源共享化等特点。Innovation had been processed in experimental teaching of Human factors engineering because experiment item s singleness ubiquity in the experimental teaching of Human factors engineering inside our country, which also went against for bringing up the innovation ability of our students. In this article, take Harbin University of Commerce the enterprise as the example, objects and measures of innovated had been brought forward in experiment types, contents, fashions, methods and experiment flat roofs in the first, the level of Human factors engineering experimental teaching had been compared between domestic and international, and the necessity of innovated had been pointed out, and on this basis, a new experimental teaching system had been designed which possessed blocking diagnostic. Improvement-type experiment was the emphases in this system, application of virtual simulation was popped out too, and diversification of the experiment types, administrative levels of the experiment contents, agility of the experiment fashions, share of the experiment resource all were characteristics of the system.
