催眠镇痛在低危产妇分娩中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低危产妇分娩中应用镇静催眠方法的效果。方法120例低危产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组产妇分娩中给予常规镇痛,观察组产妇分娩中给予产妇催眠镇痛。比较两组产妇分娩时疼痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、会阴裂伤程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组产妇分娩时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率、会阴裂伤程度均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低危产妇分娩中采取催眠镇痛的方法可以显著缓解产妇的分娩疼痛,降低产妇损伤及相关并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of hypnotic analgesia in low-risk maternal delivery. Methods A total of 120 low-risk parturient were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine analgesia during delivery, and the observation group received hypnotic analgesia during delivery. Comparison were made on pain degree during delivery, time of labor, mode of delivery, perineal laceration degree and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower visual analogue scale (VAS) score during delivery than the control group, and shorter time of labor than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower cesarean section rate and perineal laceration degree than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 3.33% than 15.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypnotic analgesia can significantly alleviate labor pain and reduce the incidence of maternal injury and related complications in low-risk parturients, and it is worthy of promotion.
