摘　　要：以2014年～2017年庆阳市人民医院皮肤科门诊确诊的1301例性病患者的临床资料为量化研究对象,调查庆阳市常见性病的流行病学特征及其分布规律,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。结果表明,庆阳市近4年性病患者人数逐年增加,以梅毒为主,男性多于女性,好发于低学历、已婚群体,非婚性接触为其主要感染途径。Objective: to have a investigation on common STD’s characteristics and distribution law from epidemiology angle in Qingyang city, and give a scientific support for related prevention and control measures formulated. Method: holding quantitative research object about clinical data of 1301 diagnosed STD patients by dermatology in Qingyang Municipal People’s Hospital from 2014 to 2017. Conclusion: STD cases show a rising trend in Qingyang city year by year in last 4, syphilis happens a lot, male more and often suffered by the group of people who get married or without high educational background. Illegal sexual life is the main way to infection.
