摘  要:目的设计一种可弥补现有细胞滤网实验缺陷的、可自由组合的自制细胞滤网。方法准备5m L、10 m L、15 m L、50 m L离心管作为第一部分;剪裁不同规格尼龙细胞滤网作为第二部分;将1.5 m L、5 m L离心管剪去底部,经酒精灯外焰修整作为第三部分。第三部分套叠在第一部分里,第二部分夹在第一部分与第三部分之间。结果可组装出满足实验规格和目数的自制细胞滤网。结论这种可自由组合的自制细胞滤网经济适用,简化了实验环节,减少了污染,并可适用于小容积细胞滤液制备。Objective To introduce a homemade cell filter that can be freely combined and can make up the deficiencies of technical defects in the present experiment. Methods Centrifuge tubes with volumes of 5 mL, 10 mL, 15 mL, 50 mL were prepared respectively as the first part of the cell filter. Nylon cell-filter with different size were tailored as the second part and bottoms of centrifuge tubes with volumes of 1.5 mL and 5 mL were cut off and trimmed by alcohol burner as the third part of the cell filter. The third part was linked into the first part and the second part was sandwiched between the first part and third part. Results Cell-filters with various size and mesh numbers can be freely combined. Conclusion The freely combinable homemade cell filter is economical and experiments are simplified with decrease of pollution. Besides, they can be used to make cell free filtrates of small volumes.
